Welcome to S.H.E Fit! I'm Jen and i'm a 42 year old mom of nine year old twins. I'm a certified personal trainer specializing in helping women of all ages become the best version of themselves!
I grew up doing competitive dancing and participated in numerous competitions throughout my teens which sparked my love for being active.
After finishing years of competing I got married and was looking for a new hobby to keep me busy and active. This is when I discovered weight training! I took periods of time off while pregnant with the twins and for the first year after they were born.
The come back was not easy after a C-section. I had zero core strength after this major surgery, but was determined to get to the best version of myself I could be. I never dreamed I would be where i'm at now mentally & physically but hard work and dedication got me to where I am.

My mission as a strength coach is to empower women and help strengthen their minds, bodies, and spirits.
I started S.H.E Fit as a way to give back & help other women navigate their way to a healthier and happier life. As women, we can often feel the need to put our needs last! When we feel our best, we can give those around us our best.
